Lens Cutting Service – Edging

Rainbow Lenses offers lens cutting for our Plano sun lenses to help you with installation into your client’s frame. All lenses are edged from CR-39 material, which provides excellent optical clarity and is well suited for traditional frame mounting.

Because CR-39 is designed for standard mounting methods, we do not cut lenses for drill-mount or groove-mount frames.

While every lens is handled with care and edged using proper optical techniques, lens cutting carries inherent risk due to frame tension, shape requirements, and material limitations. Rainbow Lenses cannot be held responsible for frame damage or breakage, or other issues that may occur during the edging process.

We take every precaution to edge lenses accurately and safely so they are ready for installation in the intended frame.

If you order this, please ship us your frames with notes as to which color you want for them. You also have to purchase the actual lens in the same order so we are aware which job is for which set of lenses.
